What You'll Do
- Onboard new users and ensure successful adoption of the platform
- Build and maintain relationships with premium users
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive account expansion
- Gather and synthesize user feedback for the product team
- Create educational content and documentation
- Monitor user health metrics and proactively address churn risk
Requirements
- •3+ years in customer success or account management
- •Experience with B2C SaaS platforms
- •Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- •Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- •Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- •Background in finance, investing, or fintech
- •Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- •Technical aptitude for understanding product integrations
